About

Background

The firm is founded and led by Paul Alexander. Paul structured and negotiated a ground-breaking model which transformed Google’s service delivery platform, earning the 2013 engineering prize. The model saved Google over $400mn, then becoming an open standard in the telecoms industry saving a further $1bn to-date. He subsequently taught negotiation, and culture change, to Googlers globally.

Prior to Google, Paul facilitated breakthrough strategy and execution projects for executive teams, was on the team that raised $5bn funding for a telecoms start-up, developed technology patents and negotiated IP, and ran strategy and investment approvals for a £4bn European telecoms network. He holds a degree in economics and advanced degrees in engineering and international strategy and diplomacy.
